What's our refund policy?

We believe everyone should feel good about what they purchased. If for any reason, something is wrong with your order you can contact us for a full refund. All you need to do is send an email to cancelcouture@gmail.com and just tell us what went wrong, and be sure to provide any pictures and we'll give you back your money in full. This helps ensure that you're satisfied and it helps us maintain better products and customer service. Then if possible, just donate your product to a local charity.
